Reference Docket No. 70-1201, Security Plan The Security Plan for Framatome Cogema Fuels has been updated to reflect a strengthening of the program.
The primary change focuses upon the transfer of plan ownership from the Manager of Safety and Licensing 13 the Manager of LMF Facilities.
Additionally, the plan was altered to disallow uranium oxide pellet storage outside the main building in tampersafed trailerr Further enhancements to the plan include an increase in the the number of security efficers on duty, mandated vehicle escorts and an increased frequency of vehicle searches.
To reiterate, Framatome Cogema Fuels has taken measures to strengthen the Security Plan at the
' ? ynchburg Manufacturing Facility, and is submitting these changes under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32 insomuch as the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
