l In accordance with your amendment application dated February 10, 1988, and I
supplements dated February 16 and April 11, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1168 is hereby amended to increase the maximum U-235 enrichment from 4.05% to 4.1%. Accordingly, the dates of February 10 and 16, 1988, and April 11, 1988, are incorporated into Condition 9 of the license and Condition 6.A. is revised as follows:
6.A.
Uranium enriched to a maximum of 4.1 wt.% U-235 l
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report.
