INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1201/99-201
Dear Mr. Wilkerson:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a routine, and announced inspection of the material control and accounting (MC&A) safeguards program at the Lynchburg Manufacturing Facility on March 23 - 26,1999. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of core procedures and representative records, and interviews with personnel.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with members of your staff.
Under the provisions of Section 2.790 (d), reports con *-bing information related to a licensee's MC&A program are exempt from public disclosure. Accordingly, the enclosure will nj be placed in the public document room.
