l This letter is in response to your inquiry of 11/5/98, regarding who.would serve as the principal contact between Framatome Cogema Fuels and the Commission upon conveyance of the j
referenced amendment request and the organizational changes described therein. As described within the request, Mr. Armontrout will assume the responsibilities associated with adminstration oflicensing issues at FCF, and therefore will serve as the primary liaison between FCF and the Commission.
