OF ANNUAL PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT MEETING WITH UNION ELECTRIC COMPANY

Dear Mr. Heflin:

On April 26, 2011, representatives of Union Electric Company met with NRC personnel at William Woods University to discuss the Callaway Plant performance for the NRC inspection period ending December 31, 2010. The list of attendees and a copy of the NRC's presentatio n are included as Enclosures 1 and

2. In addition, Missouri State Representative Jeanette Mott-Oxford (D) was in attendance, and submitted a written statement (ADAMS Accession No.

). In her statement, Representative Mott

-Oxford discusses several issues previously addressed by the NRC. A response to the representative will be provided in separate correspondence.
