Dear Mr. Cooper:

' Reference (a) provided, Commonwealth Edison's response to Concerns No. u 7.and 8 raised during the June.12-16, 1989 NRC EQ inspection at Braidwood Station. Supplement 1 to Concern No. 8 addressed questions discussed during a'

. meeting held at the NRC Region III offices on July 12, 1989.' Included in Attachment B to Supplement 1 were sketches that showed the. installed conduit' 4

' configuration for 10 terminal boxes with control circuits that are required for safe shutdown.

The purpose of this letter is to provide the NRC staff with revised copies of pages 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Attachment B. The revisions more clearly

.show the environments in which the described components are located. In all' four cases, the terminal boxes are installed in an EQ non-harsh environment.

These pages replace the same pages provided in reference (a) and are being provided to the NRC staff to be used in conjunction with your review of .

the material previously provided. Please address any questions you may have' *j regarding any of this information to this office.
