DPR-22 Clarification of Inspection Report 50-263/86008(DRS)

In a review of Inspection Report 50-263/86008(DRS) six items were identi-fled which needed correction or clarification. These six items were discussed during a telephone conference on January 5,1987 with Mr. J M U11e of your office and changes were agreed to. The purpose of this letter is to document those changes.

The changes are as follows:

1) Page 6, Subsection 2.1, paragraph 3, line 4 reads, "... water damage, the service Water System pump motors and Emergency . .", it should be revised to read, ..."water damage, the RHR Service Water System pump motors and Emergency ...".

2) Page 12, Subsection 5.a, paragraph 1, line 13 reads, "... operable using onsite power only.", it should be revised to read, " , operable using onsite power or offsite power.".

3) Page 13, Subsection 5.a, paragraph 1, line 7 reads, "o HPCI, RCIC Flow", it should be revised to read, "o Core Spray Flow".

4) Page 17, Subsection 5.c.(2), paragraph 2, line 5 reads, " .. shorting switches ", it should be revised to read, "... shorting terminal blocks."

5) Page 19, Subsection 5.c.(3), table 1, line 13, "SV-2-711 Control",

should be deleted.
