DPR-22 Clarification of Inspection Report 50-263/86008(DRS)
In a review of Inspection Report 50-263/86008(DRS) six items were identi-fled which needed correction or clarification. These six items were discussed during a telephone conference on January 5,1987 with Mr. J M U11e of your office and changes were agreed to.
The purpose of this letter is to document those changes.
The changes are as follows:
- 1) Page 6, Subsection 2.1, paragraph 3, line 4 reads, "... water damage, the service Water System pump motors and Emergency..", it should be revised to read,... water damage, the RHR Service Water System pump motors and Emergency...".
- 2) Page 12, Subsection 5.a, paragraph 1, line 13 reads, "... operable using onsite power only.",
it should be revised to read, operable using onsite power or offsite power.".
- 3) Page 13, Subsection 5.a, paragraph 1, line 7 reads, "o HPCI, RCIC Flow", it should be revised to read, "o Core Spray Flow".
- 4) Page 17, Subsection 5.c.(2), paragraph 2, line 5 reads, ".. shorting switches ", it should be revised to read, "... shorting terminal blocks."
- 5) Page 19, Subsection 5.c.(3), table 1, line 13, "SV-2-711 Control",
should be deleted.
