Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Submittal of the Core Operating Limits Report for Cycle 19, Revision 1 The Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Cycle 19 has been revised. Revision 1 of the COLR incorporates changes made to the power-flow maps in Figures 6 and 7. The changes were made to correct errors ire the stability exclusion region and the stability buffer region shown on Revision 0.
NSP also expects to issue another revision to the COLR later this cycle after the NRC grants

approval for plant rerate.
