Our response is attached. Also attached is a description of a com-prehensive improvement program we are undertaking to reduce the po-tential for future violations of this nature. The attached informa-tion is Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73 and it should not be placed in the public document room or disclosed to un-authorized individuals.
