Revision 29 consists of plant security organizational changes.
Descriptions and supporting documentation for each change are provided with each copy of the revision.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan and nay be implemented without prior NRC review and approval.
This revision to the Monticello Security Plan contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Commission in 10 CFR Part 73.
The Security Plan revisions should not be made available for inspection and should not be placed in the public document ronm.
