(a) Northern States Power Company, Monticello Security Plan, Revision 27, March 28, 1989 The purpose of this letter is to request NRC review and approval of a proposed change in the Monticello Security Plan. This change would result in a minor reduction in the commitments contained in the Plan by permitting short term alterations in security force manning.
The requested changes are described in the attachments to this letter.
Attachment (2) is safeguards Information and should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
