Dear Mr. Knighton:

By the referenced letter LP&L requested a change to Technical Specification 5.3.1 to increase the allowable fuel enrichment to 4.1 weight percent in support of future extended cycles at Waterford 3.

At your request, LP&L is herewith modifying the enrichment limit change to 4.0 weight percent to reflect the core composition for Cycle 2.
