Gentlemen:

On July 7,1999 Entergy submitted revised Technical Specifications pages for Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) NPF-38-207, Emergency Feedwater Actuation Signal (EFAS), which was originally submitted on July 2,1998.

Entergy failed to submit the current Technical Specification pages (Attachment A) and the Technical Specification Proposed Marked-Up pages (Attachment B).

Enclosed are Attachments A, B and C for TSCR NPF-38-207. Please replace the l attachment of Letter W3F1-99-0098 dated July 7,1999, with the enclosed  ;

Attachments A, B and C. '

Since this change is only providing additional information and is not requesting a change that has not been previously sent for approval consideration, Entergy has concluded that this change is bounded by the No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination submitted by the July 2,1998, license amendment request. Therefore, the original No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination continues to be applicable.
