License No. NPF-38 Correction for Technical Specification Change Requests NPF-38-220, Emergency Diesel Generator Allowed Outage Time Increase, and NPF-38-221, Containment Spray Allowed Outage Time increase Gentlemen:
l Entergy's submittals for Technical Specification Change Requests (TSCR) dated July 29,1999 for the Emergency Diesel Generator Allowed Outage Time Increase (letter W3F1-99-0022 for TSCR NPF-38-220) and the Containment Spray Allowed Outage Time Increase (letter W3F1-99-0025 for TSCR NPF-38-221) contained editorial errors. Please make the following changes to correct these errors.
l Entergy is requesting the approval date in both TSCR(s) be changed from that fI previously requested to the date of May 31,2000. The new approval dates will allow on-line maintenance in support of Refuel 10.
Also, the proposed marked-up specification, 'INDEX ADMINSTRATIVE CONTROLS' page XVill of Attachment B of NPF-38-220, Emergency Diesel Allowed Outage Time Increase, has an incorrect page number for the new Configuration Risk Management Program listing. The actual page number should be 6-25 and not 6-24. The proposed retyped specifications of Attachment C contain the correct page number; therefore, no correction is necessary. Enclosed is the corrected proposed marked-up page. Please exchange the existing page (INDEX ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS page XVill of Attachment B) with the corrected page.

n Correction for Technical Specification Change Requests NPF-38-220, Emergency Diesel Generator Allowed Outage Time increase, and NPF-38-221, Containment Spray Allowed Outage Time increase W3F1-99-0135 Page 2 August 24,1999 Since, these changes are editorial in nature, Entergy has concluded that this change is bounded by the No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination submitted in the July 29,1999, license amendment request. Therefore, the original No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination continues to be applicable.
