In accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50 and 10CFR50.54(b)(5), Entergy is submitting the revised Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Imp!ementing Procedure. This revision was reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) requirements and was determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
This letter does not contain any commitments.
Included in this submittal is the following procedure:
- 1. EP-002-100 (Revision 29), Technical Support Center (TSC) Activation, Operation, and Deactivation. This procedure revision added a list of valves to allow makeup to the Wet Cooling Tower Basin following a Design Basis Accident in Attachment 7.12.
