In accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50 and 10CFR50.54(b)(5), Entergy is submitting the revised Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure. This revision was reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) requirements and was determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
Included in this submittal is the following procedure:
1.
EP-001-010 (Revision 21), Unusual Event. This procedure revision included administrative and programmatic changes. These changes will be incorporated into the annual revision of the Emergency Plan.
