Dear Mr. Merschoff:
Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby submits a notification of operator medical condition for Waterford 3 operator, Scott P. Wolfe (SOP-43723). This submittal is for information only since the condition is being controlled by medication and based on evaluation of the operator's overall condition by plant medical personnel. A request is not being made at this time for a conditional operator license amendment. The attached NRC 396 Form and memo contains information concerning the condition.
