Dear Mr. Merschoff:
i in accordance with 10CFR50.74(a), Entergy is requesting cancellation of the Senior Reactor Operator license of Billy N. Coble, Jr. (Docket No. 55-40659 / License No.
SOP-43835), who no longer requires a license at Waterford 3 SES due to a change in job assignment location. Also, in accordance with 10CFR50.74(b), Entergy is requesting cancellation of the Senior Reactor Operator license of Charles A.
Rodgers (Docket No. 55-8233 / License No. SOP-43537-1), due to his resignation from the company, effective 9/1/99.
