Withdrawal of Technical Specification Change Request NPF-38-205

W3F1-98-0045 Gentlemen:
By Letter W3Fi-98-0045, dated June 29,1998, Entergy submitted Technical Specification Change (TSCR) NPF-38-205. The proposed change was to modify TS 3.3.3.7.1 (Chlorine Detection System), TS 3.3.3.7.3 (Broad Range Gas Detection),
and the associated Bases. The TSCR modified the TS by adding a footnote to the Action statements to allow the control room ventilation system to be unisolated periodically under administrative controls.
Based on discussions with the NRR Project Manager, Entergy is hereby withdrawing the TSCR. It is our intent to resubmit the TSCR in the near future with additional information and supporting evaluations.
