We have reviewed the changes and find that the

revised program, with the editorial changes discussed between Mr. Ray-Sutphin of my staff and Mr. R. Wery of your staff, meets the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B as it applies to a possession-only mode of operation, and is therefore acceptable. If there are changes to other operative QA commitments existing in docketed correspondence outside of the LACBWR Quality Assurance Program Description, you are obligated to notify this office. !
Implementing such changes should be based on 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3) or 10 CFR 50.55 (f)(3) as appropriate.
