APPROVAL 0F EMERGENCY PLAN (TAC 66420)
By letter dated September 29, 1987 (LAC-12377) as revised by letters dated April 15, 1988 (LAC-12544) and May 18, 1988 (LAC-12559), you proposed Revision 10 to the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) Emergency Plan. The staff has-now completed its review of Revision 10 of the Emergency Plan and concludes that the plan provides an adequate basis for an acceptable state of' emergency preparedness, and in conjunction.with arrangements made with offsite response agencies, provides reasonable assurance that adequate protective-measures can and will be taken in the event of a radiological emergency.
Accordingly, Revision 10 of the LACBWR Emergency Plan is approved.
