ISSUANCE OF EXEMPTION TO 10 CFR PART 50, APPENDIX E, SECTION IV.F.2 AND 10 CFR PART 50.47(b)(7) FOR THE LACROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR (TAC-66184)
Dear Mr. Taylor:
The Commission has granted the enclosed exemption in response to your request dated September 1,1987 as revised October 1,1987... The first part is an :
exemption from the requirement to conduct the 1987 emergency preparedness exercise for the permanently shutdown Lacrosse Boiling Water Reactor. A second part is an exemption from the requirement to produce and distribute an annual information brochure to the public. Certain conditions.for each part are specified in the exemption.
The exemption has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. The enclosed Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact was published in the Federal Register on December 17, 1987 (52 FR 47982).
