This is to acknowledge receipt o.' your letter dated September 8,1988 which transmitted changes, identified as Revision 3 to the "LACBWR Security Plan.
Trairing and Qualification Plan and Contingency Plan", under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) except for the clarification _
of the stack shack personnel door usage described in Section 6.4.4 on page 6-7 of the security plan. You should revise this section of the plan to address our comments identified in the enclosure.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore OM8 clearance is not required under P. L.95-511.
