ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT N0. 60 TO PROVISIONAL LICENSE NO. DPR-45 FOR LA CROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR (TAC-66671)
The Commissfor: has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 60 to Provisional License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR). This amendment revises the Technical Specifications in response to ycur application of November 12, 1987 (LAC-12434) as revised January 29, 1988 (LAC-12484).
A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to License and Opportunity for Prior Hearing related to the requested action was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on January 29, 1988 (53 FR 2662).
No comments or requests for hearing were received. An Environment Assessment (enclosed) was also published in the FEDERAL REGISTER with respect to this amendment.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 60 is also enclosed. A notice of issuance pertaining to this action will appear in the Comission's notice publication in the FEDERAL REGISTER.
