A We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable.
We have also reviewed the submitted Enclosure 3 regarding your intent to implement the proposed revision and concur with your intended devitalization program.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
