Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In accordance.with Plant Technical Specification 6.9.2.a.3, the following event is reported.

At 1445 hours0.0167 days <br />0.401 hours <br />0.00239 weeks <br />5.498225e-4 months <br /> on April 10, 1982, a service water leak was discovered on Containment Fan Cooler llVII-3. The service water to the cooler was isolated immediately. In accordance with Technical Specification 3.3.2.2.a, operability testing of the containment spray pumps was completed at 1630 hours0.0189 days <br />0.453 hours <br />0.0027 weeks <br />6.20215e-4 months <br />. This event is considered a degradation of a containment boundary pursuant to IE Bulletin 80-24 and is reported as such.
