In accordance with Plant Technical Specificatior, 6.9.2.a.3, the following event is reported.
At 2230 hours0.0258 days <br />0.619 hours <br />0.00369 weeks <br />8.48515e-4 months <br /> on September 28, 1983, a service water leak was discovered on Containment Fan Cooler HVH-2.
At 2244 hours0.026 days <br />0.623 hours <br />0.00371 weeks <br />8.53842e-4 months <br />, the HVH-2 leak was isolated. 'Ihe NRC was notified of this Unusual Event and of its termination via the anergency Notification System (ENS) at 2244 hours0.026 days <br />0.623 hours <br />0.00371 weeks <br />8.53842e-4 months <br />.
In accordance with Technical Specification 3.3.2.2.a, operability testing of the contairment spray punps was conpleted at 0230 hours0.00266 days <br />0.0639 hours <br />3.80291e-4 weeks <br />8.7515e-5 months <br />. _ 'Ihis event is considered a degradation of a containment boundary pursuant to IE Bulletin 80-24 and is reported as such.
'Ihis event was reported to Mr. G. P. Beatty, Jr., Rmager - Robinson Nuclear Project Department, on September 28, 1983, and to NRC Ragion II on September 29, 1983.
