In accordence with Section 6.9.2 of the plant Technical Specifications followfug report is submitted for your information.

Although an error in the procedure did occur, the concentration of sodiwa hydroxide vzo deterrnined to be greater than the minimum allowed by the Technical Spe tions.
The tank in question was filled in 1970 with the cifica-as no additions or dilutions have taken place since proper concentra tion and that time, and atoce the con-centration is currently within allowable limits, it is safe to assume that no limiting conditions for operation have been exceeded.

A new sodium hydroxide analysis has been inf.tiated which will determine concentration try gravacsetric rather than volumetric taethods.
The Plant Nuclear Safet.y comenittee has reviewed this incident and concurs with the corrective measures.
