, P. O. Box 458 q Southport, N.C. 28461 November 19, 1976 FILE: B3516 SERIAL: BSEP/76-1374 Mr. Norman C. Moscicy, Director U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Coc: mission Region lI, Suite 818 230 Peachtree Street, NW Atlanta, Georgia 30303 Desr Mr. Moseley:

On November 19, 1976, as the result of a RHR System valve motor breaker tripping problem, it was determined that RHR Low Pressure Coolant Injec-tion valves, E11-F015A and B, on both un1LO, have marginal breaker mag-netic trip settings.

These failures appear to be generic in nature and the above breakers are being replaced.

This constitutes a repcrtable occurrence as defined in Technical Specifi-cation Section 6.11.2.a(9) and uas reported to Mr. F. S. Cantrell of your office on November 19, 1976.

Very truly yours, I
