Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
The H. B. Robison Plant was shut down for a Steam Generator tube inspection at 0452 hours0.00523 days <br />0.126 hours <br />7.473545e-4 weeks <br />1.71986e-4 months <br />, on November 3,1983. The Steam Generator inspection results, to date, f all into Category C-3 of Technical Specification 4.2.5.1.2 (b) and are reported as a Prompt Notification pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.2.a.
The results of the Steam Generator tube inspection to date are as follows:
