MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT DOCKET NO. 50-263 LICENSE NO. DPR-22 The following is submitted in response to IE Bulletin No. 82-04:

IE Bulletin No. 82-04 discussed deficiencies in Bunker Ramo Corporation electrical penetration assemblies.

The deficiencies included improperly crimped lugs, improperly identified penetration cables, incorrect lug types, loose connections and cracked or missing insulation.

No Bunker Ramo electrical penetrations are installed at Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. There are no plans to install Bunker Ramo electrical penetrations.

No further action will be taken in regards to this Bulletin.

Approximately 12 man-hours were expended in response to this Bulletin.
