Dear Mr. Miraglia:

This is in response to a letter from Mr. Masnik on June 24, 1981, transmitting a copy of the Biological Assessment on the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Project (Log no. 4-3-80-54) and requesting our con-currence that the project will not have an adverse impact on any threatened or endangered species.

After a review of the Biological Assessment as well as an evalua-tion of data in our files, we concur with your determination that the project will not significantly affect any Federally-listed species.

Please advise if we can be of additional assistance.

S,incerely yours, (MiaS4 DennisB.JorYIn Assistant Area Manager -
