Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 IE Bulletin 80 - 21 Valve Yolks Supplied by Malcolm Foundry Company, Inc.

Dear Mr. Seyfrit:

We have reviewed the subject IE bulletin requiring the power reactor licensee or holder of construction permit to determine if any of the active valves planned for use in safety related systems have valve parts cast by Malcolm Foundry Company, Inc. We have contacted all our valve suppliers and they have indicated that their valves do not contain any of these cast parts.
