MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Submission of Revision 10 Pages for Monticello Security Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) attached are copies of REV 10 pages for the Monticello Security Plan.

These revised pages are for insertion in the security plan which was sent to you on March 28, 1978.

Instructions are provided for entering the revised pages in the previous complete Security Plan revision.

These revisions incorporate changes which have been made in security organiza-tion, equipment or procedures.

Several other equipment and procedural changes, that were made subsequent to preparation of the Revision 10 pages, are reported in Attachment A.

We conclude that these changes do not decrease the ef fective-ness of the Monticello Security Plan. Five copies of this letter and Attachment A (description of changes and revised pages) are provided pursuant to past Regulatory Staf f guidance on transmittal of security information.

We conclude that the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan would be adversely affected by public disclosure of the attached information and that disclosure is not required in the public interest. We request th a t,

pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, the Security Plan revisions be made available for inspection, and not be placed in the public document not room.
