~

Inaccessible Piping Inspection Results Ke: Letter from L. J. Wachter (NSP) to J. G. Keppler (NRC) dated October 30, 1979.

In the above referenced letter we stated that the Phase 2 Inaccessible Piping Evaluation Report would be issued within 30 days fol' awing comple-tion of our refueling outage. Due to the work load of our consultant, NUTECH, INC., and the increased scope of the reanalysis required, the Phase 2 Inaccessible Piping Evaluation Report cannot be completed within the intended time frame. No operability concerns have been identified to date. The Phase 2 Inaccessible Piping Evaluation Report will be issued by May 15, 1980.

Yours very truly, D. E. Gilberts Vice President -
