lowered into place fol.lowinrg the completioi of the fuel okeevmt "huffle, A visual inspection of the package after lowering revealed that the incore instrumentation for thimble location D-7 was bent outward completely clear of the internals package.
During the current refuAeling-outage a new.Secondlary source ssebly was inserted in core location D-7.
Secoariary vour,'e asemblies do not have provision for passage of incore instrumentation th1mbles into the core, Consequently, thimble 0-7 was bent outward-when it was iosefrted Into the secondary source asembly.
A visual exarndation of the secondary source assembly, flow mixers and fuel. assmblies revealed no d41age.
