Docket No. 50-206 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated February 13, 1980, we provided our response to Items 1, 2 and 3 of the NRC's letter dated December 27, 1979 to the Westinghouse Owner's Group concerning the use of subcooling instrumentation.
Our letter also stated that the response to Item 4 of the NRC letter would be provided as part of our response to I&E Bulletin No. 79-27 by February 28, 1980.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that the submittal of our response to I&E Bulletin No. 79-27 has been delayed until July 1, 1980.
By letter.dated February 21, 1980, we informed the NRC Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region V, of this delay.
