Mile Island of activities authorized by AEC License No. SNM-1313 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Devlin, with Messrs. Herbein, Thomas, Reppert, Rice, Levin and Von Eschen of your staff at the conclusion of the  ! inspectio l

The area examined during this inspection included a review of the physical protection program as outlined in your Industrial Security Plan for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station submitted l 4 by you as Revision 3, dated February 12, 1973 and Revision 4, dated January 7, 1974. Within this area, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures, observations of the  ; various new security equipment srd interviews with plant personne L During this inspection it was found that certain provisions of the security pr5 gram were incomplete or were found to be different from the approved proposals set forth in the Industrial Security Plan, Revision 3 and Revision 4. W e itens and references to I the pertinent requirements are listed in the enclosure to this letter. his letter constitutes a notice sent to you pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Section 2.201
