This memorandum will serve to document the above reference and to express Region I's concern over action items, which have been referred to NRR and have not been resolved. These items originated in Region I during D
the period January,1977 to October,1977. Many times during the past year, Region I has informally attempted to obtain resolution of these i
items, but without :uccess. For the five items concerning the perfonn-
- ,7 i ance of Integrated 6eak Rate Tests (ILRTs), a decision is requested
- 1 prior to the next scheduled refueling outage, some of which are rapidly y'
approaching. The other items relate to ongoing problems of compliance r-at operational plants.
