COOPER NUCLEAR STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. MA4689) 3
Dear Mr. Horn:
By letter dated April 15,1998, you applied for an amendment to the Cooper Nuclear Station Operating License No. DPR-46. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to Neutron Monitoring, Neutron Detectors. Subsequently, by letter dated September 24,1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Reaister.
