On July 29,1999 GPU Nuclear (GPUN) Inc. submitted a Supplement to Technical /

Specification Change Request No. 274 (Reference 2) with the intent to only add an applicability footnote to the proposed changes to Technical Specification 4.5.4 (page 4-45) pursuant to discussions with the StafTon the original TSCR No. 274 (Reference 1). The NRC approved the TSCR 274 and its supplement by License Amendment No. 215 issued by your letter dated August 24,1999.-

The page transmitted by Reference 2 was submitted in error in that it 'hiled to appropriately reflect the proposed changes requested by Reference 1. This adminis' rative oversight was caused when an uncontrolled prior version of the subject TSCR was t sed to incorporate the footnote requested by the Staff and agreed to by GPUN. This letter tiansmits the corrected s page for inclusion in an update to the License Amendment. Enclosed is the Technical oN Specification page 4-45 proposed in Reference I with the note added, as follows: "* NOTE: 0 l h\

This leak rate limit is only applicable for the Cycle 13 operating cycle." \

This errata page does not impact the safety evaluation performed for the original change request or the "No Significant Hazards Consideration" analysis for TSCR No. 274, pursuant to the standards contained in 10 CFR 50.92.
