Herbein, Thomas, Reppert, Rice, Levin and Von Eschen of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
. .... , The area examined during this inspection included a review of the physical protection program as outlined in your Industrial Security Plan for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station submitted l
by you as Revision 3, dated February 12, 1973 and Revision 4, dated January 7, 1974. Within this area, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures, observations of the various new security equipment srd interviews with plant personnel.
L During this inspection it was found that certain provisions of the security pr5 gram were incomplete or were found to be different from the approved proposals set forth in the Industrial Security Plan, Revision 3 and Revision 4.

Section 2.201 requires you to submit to this office within 20 days of your receipt . of this notice, a written statement of explanation in reply, including: , (1) steps which have been or will be taken by 30u to correct the violation, and the results achieved; (2) steps which will be taken to . avoid further violations; and (3) the date when full compliance willic achieved,
