Dear Mr. Flores:

On May 1 2, 201 1 , representatives of Luminant met with NRC personnel at the Somervell County Expo Center

-Exhibit Hall in Glen Rose , Texas , to discuss the NRC's 20 10 end of cycle performance assessment. This Category 1 public meeting was held at the request of the NRC to present information regarding plant performance for the 20 10 calendar year. The list of attendees is included as Enclosure 1, and the meeting slides are included as Enclosure 2. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
