FOR PUBLIC MEETING WITH LUMINANT GENERATION COMPANY ON COMANCHE PEAK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2, 2010 PERFORMANCE

Dear Mr. Flores:

On May 12, 2011, representatives of Luminant met with NRC personnel at the Somervell County Expo Center-Exhibit Hall in Glen Rose, Texas, to discuss the NRCs 2010 end of cycle performance assessment. This Category 1 public meeting was held at the request of the NRC to present information regarding plant performance for the 2010 calendar year. The list of attendees is included as Enclosure 1, and the meeting slides are included as Enclosure 2.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
