OF MEETING WITH LUMINANT GENERATION COMPANY, LLC REGARDING PLANNED MODIFICATIONS TO RESOLVE FIRE PROTECTION CIRCUIT INTERACTIONS
Dear Mr. Flores:
This public meeting was conducted in Arlington, Texas on March 6, 2012, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and your staff. The participants discussed the scope and timeline for implementing modifications planned to resolve circuit faults related to multiple spurious operations.
This meeting was classified as a Category 1 public meeting, as communicated in the meeting notice (ML12048A861). It provided an opportunity for members of the public to discuss regulatory issues with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission after the business portion of the meeting, but before the meeting adjourned. No comments were brought forward by the public.
The attendance list for the meeting is included as Enclosure 1. A copy of the Luminant Generation Company, LLC planned modification schedule is provided in Enclosure 2.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, and its enclosures, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
