SUMMARY

FOR PUBLIC MEETING WITH LUMINANT GENERATION COMPANY, LLC REGARDING COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATIONS 2008 PERFORMANCE On June 30, 2009, representatives of Luminant Generation Company met with NRC personnel in Glen Rose, Texas to discuss the NRC's 2008 end of cycle performance assessment. The meeting was held at the request of the NRC to present information regarding plant performance for the 2008 calendar year. The list of attendees and a copy of the NRC's presentation are included as Enclosures 1 and 2.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
