NRC DESIGN BASELINE AND VERIFICATION PROGRAM (DBVP) TEAM INSPECTION Re: Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2 and 3 The NRC will perform a team inspection of the calculation aspects of the Design Baseline and Verification Program (DBVP) during the period of April 18-22, 1988, at Knoxville. The objective of this inspection, inspection tasks and inspectors participating on the team are identified in the enclosure.

Members of your staff will be kept informed of our inspection progress and significant findings. An exit meeting with you or members of your staff will be conducted on April 22, 1988. in accordance with our normal procedures.

The inspection results of the team inspection will be transmitted to you through the standard NRC inspection report.
