In accordance with your letter dated December 21, 1981, we enclose two (2) fully executed copies of the subject contract and have retained one fully executed copy for our files.

Please note the following:

1. Relative to revised Article III, paragraph D, of the contract:

In our letter of December 17, 1981 we had indicated an expense item labelled:

Other direct costs and reproduction - $1,500 In the enclosed contract the term "other direct costs" has been omitted.

We intended that the $1,500 amount be utilized to cover direct costs for such items as reproduction, postage and shipping, purchase of directly-related documents, telecopier charges, etc. as may be required to carry out the work.

Please let us know whether it was your intent to remove the above .
