Background

Consumers Power Company is a party in a contested administrative prcceeding bef ore the Michigan Public Service Conraissicr.. The Attorney Ceneral of the State of Michigan (AC) is also a party. The AC has submi t t ed t es t imcny o f Dale C. Bridenbaugh and Richard B. Hubbard, coth of whom are associated with the consulting firm of MHB Technical Associates. Mr. Hubbard has identified two meetings which he had with NRC personnel concerning, in whole or part , the Midland Nuclear Plant. Mr. Bridenbaugh has identified one such meeting which he had with NRC personnel.

FOIA Request Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, Consumers Power Company requests (with the one exception noted below) all agency records dealing with any of l the following three meetings:
