13 NONCONFORMANCE A copy of a Part 21 Notice was received by Consumers Power Company from W J Wooley indicating a 2efect in the Personnel Air Lock seals. One of the inflatable seals manufactured by Presray Corporation ruptured during qualification testing. (Reference letter from the W J Woolley Company to the USNRC dated September 19, 1983.)
